Adam graduated with honours from Mohawk College’s Journalism and Communications Media program in 2003. During his collegiate career, Adam was an editor and reporter for the school paper, where he covered campus athletics and the local music scene.
After college, Adam honed his skills as a freelance writer for multiple weekly, community-based publications, as well as national magazines and websites. His in-house experience includes providing writing and editing services for a consumer electronics trade publication and a well-known television network. His professional highlight from this era, however, was founding and operating a successful music blog for a number of years.
